Upgrade your real estate career with the Diploma of Property (Agency Management).

This course, which is based on the nationally endorsed Property Services Training Package (CPP08) Diploma qualification, covering the Real Estate industry sector; will provide you with the skills needed to operate and manage a real estate agency business. You will learn the essential real estate skills of selling, marketing, leasing and property management, as well as managing the physical, human and financial resources that are required in the day to day running of a real estate business.

You will also gain the working knowledge that underpins the fundamental concepts relating to property and business law, urban and regional planning considerations, business/organisational risk management and appraising property, including building concepts and requirements. The Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) will allow you to seek employment as an Agency Manager.

1. Duration - 12 months to complete the course from date of enrolment. An application can be made to extend this time to 2 years.

Realtor Institute will only accept an initial payment of no more than $1,499 from each leaner prior to the commencement of the course.

This fee protection arrangement complies with national standards designed to limit the amount paid by a leaner in advance of services being delivered. Course fees of more than $1499.00 will be paid off during the course in instalments according to a set payment plan. Training tuition fees are GST exempt.

Commencement of training is when the learner has finalised their pre-enrolment and enrolment and have been allocated their trainer and have received course material, log in to Catapult where applicable or have attended their first class (whichever comes first).
